Frequently Asked Questions

When should I book my newborn session?

It’s best to book during your pregnancy to ensure availability. I pencil in your due date, then once your baby arrives we confirm a session within the first 5–14 days.

What if my baby has already arrived?

Please still get in touch — I’ll always do my best to fit you in where possible.

Where do sessions take place?

Newborn sessions are held in my cozy at-home studio in Kalkite. Family sessions take place outdoors in the beautiful Jindabyne and Snowy Monaro region.

What should we wear?

I recommend soft, neutral tones and simple clothing to keep the focus on your connection. I’m always happy to help with styling guidance before your session.

Do you provide props or outfits?

Yes — I have a small collection of simple, timeless wraps and props for newborn sessions. Everything is kept minimal to ensure your baby remains the focus.

How long does a session take?

Newborn sessions are relaxed and baby-led, typically allowing up to 2–3 hours. Family sessions are usually around 45–60 minutes.

Can parents and siblings be included?

Absolutely — capturing your connection as a family is a big part of the session.

When will we receive our photos?

Your gallery will be ready within 2–3 weeks, where you can select your images and choose your collection.

How do we book?

Simply get in touch via the contact form. I’ll send through a booking link with all the details to secure your session.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — payment plans are available for collections. Just let me know if you’d like more information.
